By using Dr. Carey’s™ Baby Care website for your online retail orders, you are agreeing to be bound by any such revisions. Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within three business days. A UPS tracking number will be provided to you via email within 24 hours of shipment.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
You should receive your order within ten business days. Our standard shipping methods is via UPS ground.
What if I want a rush order?
Next day shipping via UPS is available for an additional charge. Orders received must be received prior to 9 A.M. Pacific Standard Time to qualify for same day shipping. Orders received after such time may be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping and handling charges via UPS ground is $9.95 within the 48 contiguous states and $19.95 to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping and handling charges via UPS next day air is $49.95 within the 48 contiguous states and $59.95 to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Returns
How soon must I return my order?
Within 10 days following receipt of your order, you may return it for any reason if the product(s) are returned in the original carton(s) and packaging with full contents in unused condition.
What do I do?
For a prompt refund or exchange, be certain you include your original packing slip in the original shipping carton(s). If you no longer have the packing slip, include your name and address and reason for return on a note in the carton you are returning.
If the product you are returning was a gift, please also include the name and address of the person who sent you the gift with your reason for return. This information will assist us in locating your order and processing your request.
Return shipping (mailing) costs are to be paid by the customer or individual who received the item as a gift.
When can I expect my refund?
We will process your return promptly and will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If a gift, your refund will be in the form of a check made payable to you. Your refund should occur within 30 business days of receiving the returned products at our facility.
Will there be any deductions to my refund?
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct shipping and handling costs from your refund. For items damaged in transit, you must retain the original packing container and notify Dr. Carey’s™ Baby Care via email at Info@DoctorCarey.org prior to returning damaged items. UPS may request to view such damaged items to verify claims. Please do not return items until you have been issued a return authorization number. Replacement cannot be guaranteed by Dr. Carey’s™ Baby Care without proof of damage and a valid authorization return number.
